OEM Towel Manufacturing: From Sample to Bulk Production
OEM towel manufacturing works best when both buyer and factory follow a clear process. The goal is to turn an idea, reference sample or brand requirement into a repeatable production standard. Skipping sample details can create problems later in bulk production.
Step 1: Inquiry and specification
The buyer should provide product type, material, size, color, logo, packaging, quantity and target market. If there is a reference product, photos and measurements are very helpful. A clear inquiry leads to a more accurate quotation.
Step 2: Sample development
Samples confirm the real product. For OEM towels, the sample should show fabric feel, color, thickness, logo position, packaging and folding method. If packaging is important, do not approve the towel alone without checking the full packed product.
Step 3: Approval standard
- Approved towel size, material and color.
- Approved logo artwork and position.
- Approved packaging layout and label information.
- Approved carton packing and shipping marks.
Step 4: Bulk production
After approval, the factory prepares materials, printing or packaging, production, packing and inspection. Changes after this stage can cause delay or extra cost, so buyers should confirm details before mass production starts.
Step 5: Inspection and repeat orders
Inspection should compare bulk goods against the approved sample. After shipment, keep all artwork and production records for repeat orders. This makes future production faster and more consistent.
