Bulk orders for cooling towels usually move through three stages: sample confirmation, production preparation and mass production. Delays often happen when buyers ask for a quote before the product specification is clear, or when packaging artwork is not ready after the sample is approved.

What MOQ means in practice

MOQ is affected by towel material, size, color, logo method and packaging. A standard color towel with simple packing is easier to produce in smaller quantities. A custom color, custom tube, printed label or color box may require a higher MOQ because raw materials and packaging need to be prepared separately.

Sample process

• Reference sample: used to check material, size and general hand feel.

To receive an accurate quotation, share the towel size, material preference, color, logo requirement, packaging style, estimated quantity and destination market. If you already have a target price or retail package reference, share that too. It helps the supplier recommend a realistic specification.
